This weeks workout is a cardio circuit. Great addition to insert into any fitness routine.
WU: 10-12 minutes
Complete 4 -5 circuits
Jump Rope (2 minutes)
Lateral Side to Side Shuffle (30 seconds)
Reverse Lunges (30 seconds)
High Knees/ Running in Place (30 seconds)
Start Strong, Finish Stronger!
