Are You Prepared? Self Defense
I signed up for the very next AYP Self-Defense course and was never disappointed. And even though I'm 52-years old and had not done any physical activity for many, many, many years, I not only learned defense techniques that I could easily use but I also lost weight, toned up and gained a new self-confidence in the process. Nathan's self-defense course deals with real life scenarios and is specifically tailored to helping women successfully defend themselves against attackers in various life-threatening situations. Now that I have completed the AYP course, I feel confident that I can protect myself in most any life-threatening situation.
