That's right, Turkey day is almost here. In just a couple weeks we'll be getting together with friends and family to celebrate Thanksgiving.
This is supposed to be a fun time of year, but for many, it leads to unwanted stress and temptation, so much so that a couple years ago I decided to create a Holiday Survival Guide to get you through the holidays without gaining and unwanted weight.
