September is National Preparedness Month. One of the ways to be prepared is through personal protection training. I’d like to invite you to Trinity Fitness’ “Are You Prepared?” women’s self defense workshop.
The first step in building empowerment and confidence with self defense training is learning how not to become a victim. In our 1 hour hands-on workshop you will learn how to assess situations, learn to avoid potential threats and if necessary fight back to protect yourself and your family.
Because space is limited to 10 participants, we are offering three, 1 hour “Basics to AYP?” workshops. Pre-registration is required. You can reserve your spot by clicking the link below and selecting the day you’d like to register for. If you’d like to register for more than one day, please use an additional order form.
