It's the beginning of another year. A new year means setting new goals and achieving new results!
I use November and December of the previous year to reflect on the past year. I look at the goals I set, what I achieved, what I fell short on and what I'm still working on.
I also start working on goals for the New Year.
If you haven’t, start making a list of the goals you want to accomplish. If you don’t have them written down, they are just dreams and will only be that. Writing down what you want helps set the intention to achieve them faster than making a mental list.
I wanted to remind you (and encourage you to start) the 24 day challenge with me on the 7th. I' doing it to cleanse after the holiday's and knock off a couple pounds for preseason training.
This is a great way to jumpstart our fitness and nutrition goals for 2015.
