Using resistance bands can be a great workout. Especially when you're on the go.
Here are a few variations for chest and triceps workouts.
Alternating Chest Press
Overhead Triceps Extension
You can use one or all of these exercises in your workout.
Adding other body parts will give you and overall full body workout, but if you're in a program where you are isolating body parts, these four exercises are great for your chest and triceps day.
