Workout of the Week 11.07.2011

Using resistance bands can be a great workout. Especially when you're on the go.

Here are a few variations for chest and triceps workouts.

Chest Press

Standing Chest Press - start and finish
Standing Chest Press - midpoint

Chest Flys

Standing Chest Flys - start and finish
Standing Chest Flys - midpoint

Alternating Chest Press

Alternating Chest Press - start and finish
Alternating Chest Press - Left arm
Alternating Chest Press - right arm

Overhead Triceps Extension

Overhead Triceps Extensions - start and finish
Overhead Triceps Extensions - midpoint

You can use one or all of these exercises in your workout.

Adding other body parts will give you and overall full body workout, but if you're in a program where you are isolating body parts, these four exercises are great for your chest and triceps day.
