Workout of the Week 10.31.2011

We use a lot of push ups in our training programs at Trinity. Push ups are a great way to strengthen chest, shoulder, arms and core muscles all in one exercise.

If you're tired of the same old push ups, try these variations during your next workout.

Two handed MB Push ups
