This weeks workout is pretty simple. Since we're moving into the Fall season, this means cooler temperatures for outside training.
Obviously, if you haven't been training very hard, walking stairs may be good enough in the beginning. But, as you build up your endurance and cordination you can try more advanced versions.
For example, running every stair, every other stair, etc. There are so many options that will provide you a great workout and get you outside. (before it gets too cold)
