This workout is guaranteed to work every muscle giving you optimal fat burning in less than 20 minutes!
Here's what you need...
Yoga or workout mat (optional)
Stop watch or timer (countdown timers work best)
Pull Up Bar
Pull Ups or Recline Pull (if you can't perform Pull ups correctly)
You will complete each exercise for 30 seconds, moving down the list until all exercises have been completed. (do as many repetitions of each exercise/with good form as you can) That will be considered one circuit. Perform 5 circuits total.
